5-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At Luke Archer Marine, we are committed to excellence in every stitch. To give our clients complete peace of mind, we provide a 5-Year Limited Craftsmanship Guarantee covering stitching and workmanship on all bespoke products.

Please read the following terms and conditions, which set out the scope of this guarantee.

1. Guarantee Coverage

This guarantee covers stitching and craftsmanship defects arising from the manufacturing process.
The guarantee period lasts for five (5) years from the date of delivery or installation.

2. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from use or environmental exposure (e.g. sun, salt, moisture).
Fading, colour changes, or deterioration of fabrics and materials.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or lack of maintenance.
Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by anyone other than Luke Archer Marine.
Any issues unrelated to stitching or workmanship.

3. Claim Process

To make a claim under this guarantee:

Contact us at info@lukearchermarine.com with details of the issue.
Provide proof of purchase and, if possible, photographs of the defect.
Our team will assess whether the issue qualifies under this guarantee.

If approved, Luke Archer Marine will repair or replace the defective stitching at no additional cost.

4. Important Notes

This guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Repairs or replacements under this guarantee will not extend or renew the original 5-year period.
Luke Archer Marine reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is the most appropriate solution.
This guarantee operates alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. Governing Law

This guarantee is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
