We start by discussing your project. You can visit our Kent workshop, or we can chat remotely. During this stage, we’ll talk about:

 

  • The type of work you need (canopies, cushions, curtains, upholstery, etc.)

  • Materials, colours, and finishes

  • Your timeline and budget
     

2. Measurements & Details
For a precise quote, we need accurate measurements. We can either guide you through taking them yourself or arrange a visit to your boat. We’ll also confirm any special requirements, such as waterproof fabrics, custom stitching, or specific hardware.

 

3. Tailored Quotation
Once we have all the details, we’ll provide a written quotation that includes:

 

  • Description of the materials that will be used

  • Estimated timeline for completion

  • Any optional extras or alternatives
     

4. Review & Approval
You’ll have the opportunity to review the quote, ask questions, and make adjustments. Only when you’re completely happy will we move forward.

 

5. Confirmation & Schedule
After approval, we’ll confirm the start date and keep you updated throughout the project. Our goal is to make the process smooth, collaborative, and transparent from start to finish.
